TechHyperMart.com provides quick and affordable data recovery service in Malaysia. Our team of professionals have the ability to recover data from all situations; from the simplest to the most complex and catastrophic data loss situations - including severe viruses, natural disasters, accidental deletion, system crashes, corruption, hardware failure and more.
Our aim is to recover your data in the shortest time possible, depending on the complexity of the task.
Hard Drive Recovery
Disk drives - failure Modes
A Hard drive failure fall into one or more of the five categories:
1. Logical Problems
We restore the deleted data inadvertently deleted by the user or when the user formats a hard disk, or when ther user encounters missing files, virus attack, etc.
2. Firmware Problems
Errors in the operating parameters, tables and logs of a hard drive. This is not accessible to the end users but we have the technology to help us carry out the repairs needed.
3. Electronic Failure
Examples are electronic component failure, head-amplifier failure, etc. We have a full understanding of the components used in the manufacturing of Hard Disk PCBs and can carry out the necessary repair.
4. Media Errors
Bad sectors result with inaccessible data, hard drive hanging, blue screens and other unpredictable hard disk behaviour.
5. Mechanical Failures
Examples are when the hard disk head crashed, or seized motor bearings. Mechanical failure often require a clean room to be repaired in, and we provide just that. Our own class 100 clean air environment which is constantly monitored for particle contamination to ensure our customers that the repairs are done in the proper environment.
USB Flash Drives - Data Recovery
Recovering data from flash drives, memory sticks, memory cards and USB flash drives; in general any solid state storage devices are more reliable than their regular hard disk counterparts, as they remain stationary. Faults are often associated with either an onboard component malfunction or poor assembly. In order to recover the data, it is important to locate errors by tracing the electronic signals in the devices themselves, and then replace/ repair the faulty component, or modify boards / components to create a workaround on the device.
It is extremely important to be aware that if the data on the faulty device is of value, it is crucial to have it recovered by experienced technicians. Data on solid state devices are often concluded unrecoverable due to improper recovery procedures being carried out.
Typical USB flash drive failure & data loss symptoms:
- The device cannot be recognised when inserted into the computer
- The device is recognised but appear empty
- The device is recognised incorrectly &/or show the wrong storage capacity
Memory Drives - Data Recovery
Solid state storage devices such as the memory cards in cameras or PDAs or mobile phones offer an extremely easy and convenient way of holding data and transferring it between devices.
Typical memory stick / card failure & data loss symptoms:
-The device is not recognised when inserted into the computer
-The device is recognised but appear empty
-The device is recognised incorrectly &/or show the wrong capacity
